This episode concludes the Haitian Flag Day celebration at City Hall; the evening was filled with wonderful performances. There were some emotional moments as well. We also heard a lot of stories from the first rescuers, including EMT from Bed-Stuy. It is ironic that these first rescuers did not receive any huge amount of donations like the big charity organizations did; as a matter of fact, they had used their own savings. Yet, they had done way more for the survivors and victims of the earthquake than the big charity organizations. We are still asking these big organizations where the millions went. There was an interview with the Haitian Councilmember Dr. Mathieu Eugene about donation collected from 300,000 city employees for Haiti...and much more. Watch the show for conclusion..... …
